After completing the online registration process, you may first send scanned copies of the required documents to rekrutacja@wsaib.pl for verification. Subsequently, please submit the original documents to the Admissions Office, either in person or by traditional mail.
For candidates who completed high school / Bachelor’s degree outside of Poland:
1. Application form with a questionnaire
2. One colour photo (size: 35 x 45 mm)
3. A photocopy of your passport (original for verification)
4. A photocopy of your visa/other residence permit in Poland, e.g. residence card (original for verification) – If a candidate needs a visa to stay and study in the territory of Poland, he or she should apply for the enrollment program adequately earlier, so that the decision concerning visa issuance is made before the academic year begins.
5. A language certificate in English, minimum level B2 – the list of accepted certificates can be found in the ministerial document at the following address: https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/DocDetails.xsp?id=WDU20250001045
6. A photocopy of the high school graduation certificate with a transcript and apostille/legalization, or a Bachelor’s diploma with a diploma supplement and apostille/legalization (original for verification)
7. Sworn translation into Polish of all documents issued in a language other than Polish
8. If the certificate/diploma is not automatically recognized for admission to first- or second-cycle studies in Poland – Individual Statement from NAWA Director regarding the recognition of the certificate/diploma. 9. Proof of payment of the application fee: 200 EUR
10. The service agreement in English is prepared by the recruitment office.
Submitting a complete set of original documents to the Admissions Office by the end of September is required for enrollment.
Submitting the documents is equivalent to reserving a place in the program. Admission is determined based on the order in which applications are received.
Recruitment documents for minors must be signed by their legal guardians.
